Chanel 1984 Very Vintage Gripoix & Pearl Double Strand Four Medallion Necklace

This stunning piece of Chanel history is over 40 years old a blazing testament to how costume jewelry created by this house not only stands the test of time, but retains its elegance and timelessness. All accents are done in gold metal and there are two strands of ruby red poured glass beads all hand wire wrapped. The four oval shaped medallions have a center large ruby red Gripoix stone and it is surrounded by two creamy white pearls, four sapphire blue stones and two emerald green stones. Excellent very vintage condition. Longest strand measures 35 inches long and medallions are 1 and 1/2 inches tall by 1 and 1/4 inches wide. Signed and dated 1984.
