Chanel Rare Haute Couture Oversized Thimble Bracelet & Earring Set

This exceptional, crazy rare, extra large and absolutely amazing set by Chanel is from the Haute Couture Collection of 1992-93. Pictured here on the runway in the matching necklace and earrings. All accents are done in bright gold metal and the thimble stone colors include turquoise, ruby red, emerald green, black onyx, jade green and pearls. Lagerfeld made this as an ode to Chanel being awarded the prestigious De d'or (Golden Thimble) award in July 1986, this award was given to the best haute couture collections, recognizing the highest achievement in French fashion. Excellent very vintage condition with some wear commensurate with being almost 35 years old. Please note the earrings are light, but the bracelet is a heavy and substantial piece. Earrings measure 1 and 1/2 inches tall by 1 inch wide and longest bracelet thimble is 2 inches. Signed and undated, from 1992-93.
